The move comes after Kluivert rejected a loan chance with Championship side Sheffield Wednesday.
Kluivert has had a wealth of experience and has played for the top sides in Europe, starting at Ajax then Milan, Barcelona, Newcastle Valencia and is currently with PSV Eindhoven. Add to this his 79 International caps for Holland, in which he scored 40 times and maybe he is the idea foil for Steve Howard and Rob Earnshaw to feed off.
