The reason for this drastic action is the rules now being enforced by DATA CO. This company own all rights to photographs taken inside football grounds, this includes any taken by fans etc. They also make a charge for reproducing the league fixtures, making it finanacially unviable for Derby County Mad to apply for the licences that Data Co require to show their photographs/fixtures.
If anyone has photographs taken outside the stadium of players, etc these can be used and we would be very greatful for any that anyone has.
We can however link to photographs that are currently on show in our Photo Gallery section and every name with a coloured link will have a photograph of that player or incident that can be viewed by clicking on the link. Here is a link example
Once again we are sorry for this sorry state of affairs but if you ain't got money in football nowdays you are nothing.........so much for the peoples game!
Please note this ban also applies to related photographs shown on the messageboards of football action taken within the stadium....
