Man Utd favourites for a win

The much awaited game against Manchester United is nearly upon us and fans head up to Old Trafford with a sense of eager anticipation and just a little trepidation.

Will the reds be on form and give the Rams a sound thrashing, as has happened on too many occasions already this season, or will the Rams yet again surprise United with a storming performance capped by a couple of wonder goals?

Well the odds are very much against the Rams getting a win, so much so that they are 16/1 for a win on Saturday, whilst Manchester United are 1/10 favourites. The odds are so staked against the Rams that you can get 100/1 for a 0-2 win.

Ok the bookies are usually correct and with Derby County not scoring in their last seven league games and only Methuselah remembering the last goal scored by the Rams, some ten and a half hours of football ago, they may well be correct on this occasion.

Well if you are a gambling person then take a tip from us and go for a 4-0 win for Manchester United. A tasty 7-1 for that scoreline, funnily enough the same odds you would have been given for Croatia beating England at Wembley……….maybe an away win isn't out of the question then...
