The Rams fought back from going behind twice in the second of their pre-season friendly games.
Derby had Callum Ball to thank on two occasions for saving their blushes against the league two side.
The Silkmen took the lead through Brisley after just 12 minutes, but the Rams struck back almost immediately ball scoring in the 13th minute.
Derby were slow out of the starting gate for the seond period and again paid as Macclesfields Sinclair put the Silkmen in the lead for the seond time in the game.
It took the Rams until just after the hour mark to regain parity and that is the way the game ended...
