Mounir El Hamdaoui, twice on loan with the Rams last season has returned to Holland after an unsuccesful spell with Tottenham Hotspurs since signing in 2005.

The 21 year-old striker had a very succesful time with the Rams, scoring 3 goals in just 5 appearances. Injury brought both of his loan spells at Pride Park to an end. With the club at the time not in a position to put in a bid to perminently secure the services of the ex-Holland U21 International he returned to White Hart Lane.

Hamdaoui has now signed for Dutch side Willem II Tilburg. Interestingly Mournir has now opted to play his International game with Morroco rather than Holland
