Fourth man arrested in connection with Rams fraud case

A fourth suspect has been arrested in the on going investigation into financial irregularities and conspiracy to conceal criminal property.

The person arrested today was Mark Waters, a 47 year old businessman. He has been charged with false accounting along with the other charges.

So far former Rams Financial director Andrew McKenzie, former CEO Jeremy Keith and Director of football, Murdo Mackay have been arrested for offences said to be connected to the take-over of Derby County FC in 2003...
