Craig Fagan out until October after FA charge is upheld
For the second time in 5 months Derby County have become the victim of retrospective jusatice from the FA.
Craig Fagan has lost his appeal against the stamping charged levelled at him after the game against Liverpool had finished and for his "frivolous" attitude the FA has increased the automatic three match ban for violent conduct to four games.

Rams fans are again dismayed as Fagan was one of the few players to have actually shown improvement from last season and a real aptitude to Premiership life.
The ban will mean Fagan sitting out the games withNewcastle,Arsenal, Bolton and Reading. If selected Craig will return to the field against Fulham on the 20th October.

Although the Rams are unhappy with the disciplinary committees finding they will comply with the ruling. The Rams also have the option of appealing against the extra match ban, but as the powers that be see the first challenge to the decision as "Frivolous", there seems little point. There is also the risk of the ban being extended to 5 games.
