Rob Mackenzie is rumoured to be leaving Tottenham Hotspur after just a Year in his job as Head of player Idenfication.
Mackenzie had previously worked with Rams boss Nigel Pearson at Leicester City and it is thought they may very well team up again when Mackenzie leaves his job with Spurs, thought to be at the end of August.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is thought to be wanting a more hands on approach to player recruitment and wants to be more involved in that area, so Spurs loss may be the Rams gain.
