Derby County have banned Mirror journalist from attending press conferences and home matches after what the club claim was a "factually inaccurate story" in last Saturday's Daily Mirror.
The ban is with immediate effect pending a response from the Mirror and a retraction of the story, an apology and agreement that the "defammatory" allegations will not be repeated.
