Davies unhappy with effort put in during second half of games
Billy Davies is getting tough with his players, demanding that they work hard for 90 minutes instead of the 45 minutes they seem to be putting in at the moment.

After failing to produce a win at home on Saturday against Norwich City, Davies has stated that their will be people moving on and others coming in over the next few weeks. He described the next few weeks as crucial for transfers before the window closes.

Injuries have also weakened the Rams squad with Leacock, Moore and new signing and Captain Oakley all being on the injured list.

Rumours of Inigo Idiakez moving on are fuelled by Davies's statement to the press that he wants a team to work hard for 90 minutes not 45. Idiakez has never been one who appears to give 100% effort throughout a full game, but his skill in dead ball situations maybe a reason to keep the Spaniard.
