Clubs lining up for the Ferrie

Ferrie Bodde wants away from Swansea and he is not without admirers including the Rams
After several weeks of on-off discussion about the possibility of Ferrie Boddie coming to Pride Park, it now seems the Rams may be pipped at the post for his services.

Championship new boys West Bromwich Albion are now reported to be putting together a bid for the young midfielder. What the bid will be is unclear but may top the £2m asking price from Swansea Chairman Hew Jenkins. The Rams have reportedly offered near the £2m price but Jenkins has continue to stall over the deal.

Bodde was reportedly the first name on Paul Jewell's list of transfer targets and Rams Chairman of football Adam Pearson has repeatedly said Derby would do whatever they needed to do to bring Ferrie back to Pride Park.

Reading and Sunderland are also said to be alert to the possibility of capturing the talent 26 year-old from Delft in the Netherlands...
