Roy Hodgson, next Rams manager?
Roy Hodgson
is now appearing to be the front runner for the vacant manager's job at Pride Park.

He has issued a "come and get me" message from his home in Denmark.

The 54-year-old would appear to have many things in his favour. He has been a Premiership manager before with Blackburn Rovers.

He also has worked around Europe and has many contacts within the game on the continent.

Hodgson has also won titles in Denmark and Sweden as well as taking football minnow's Switzerland to the World Cup Finals in 1992.

Currently working in Denmark after leaving Italian club Udinese, Hodgson is very eager to get back into the Premiership and believes he is the right man to lead the Rams out of their present precarious position.
