Fans with black and white flags turn up in their thousands to welcome the Rams home
Derby County returned to Pride Park this evening after a tour of the City in an open topped bus. Around 10,000 came to Pride Park and were allowed on the pitch and in the stands.

The celebrations were due to start at 7.00pm but the crowds were so dense around the city and so many wanted to show their appreciation to the squad that progress was slow and the celebration were around an hour late.

Once in the Stadium a sea of black and white flags met the squad and local dignitaries and the trophy was once again raised to a chorus of cheers , air horns and applause from the waiting Rams fans.

Here is just a shot of the joyous scenes, more to follow tomorrow on Derby County Mad.
